The DustMASTER batch system is a complete, self-contained unit consisting of a high intensity mixer, volumetric batcher and water system with programmable controls. The system is used to condition any type of dusty, fine material into a low moisture dustless consistency. The mixing action in our machines is different, engineered specifically to provide a uniform mixing action that coats all particles evenly. Our batching process is unique compared to continuous mixing. We have more experience with difficult to process materials. The DustMASTER system utilizes a batch mixer that is filled based on weight of material. Our system adds the correct amount of moisture for each batch and mixes for a desired amount of time. Combining Powder River Basin Coal Ash with low moisture is easily achieved in this high intensity mixer with minimal build-up in the unit. Yes. Our PLC based electrical system control will batch material and moisture in correct ratios to each other through out the batching cycle. This pre-determined ratio will control your materials reaction in the mixer.
