For the economical handling of small waste streams, DustMASTER® Enviro Systems manufactures advanced horizontal paddle style batch mixing system equipment, with models to suit varied demands. This compact series allows for the efficient handling of low volume dust and stabilization projects, with a capability up to 8 ft³ and a disposal rate of up to 8 tons/hr. With a PLC based control system and heavy duty abrasion and corrosion resistant components, our paddle mixers offer a fast mixing cycle, longitudinal water dispersion tubing for an even liquid stream, proven cross current mixing action, convenient access for loading and maintenance, and built in crane hook and fork lift brackets for ease of transport. The mixer interior contains cast Ni-Hard paddles and bolted-in segmented drum lining for rapid replacement.

Equipment components include a weigh hopper, discharge door, door control and bearings, load cells, motor emergency stop station, cover down limit switches, start up delay, audible alarm, warning horn, and safety light. Optional motor starter, and electrical disconnect are available, along with wired or plumbed capabilities. Equipment series capabilities include the weigh batcher option of Series I, and the Series II has load cells under the mixer. To handle refractory mixing requirements, we offer the rugged Prashak batch mixer - equipped with the special capabilities to handle low moisture refractory castable materials.
