At DustMASTER® Enviro Systems we design custom industrial automation control systems, working closely with customer's engineering team or contracted engineering firm to provide all levels of control including individual machine controls, batch controls, and truck driver stations. We utilize state-of-the-art Allen Bradley PLC and PC programming options, with advanced PanelView touch screen HMI interfacing terminals. The control applications run on a CompactLogix platform, with Ethernet, profiBus, and RS-232 communication port protocols. We install complete systems as well as integrations into existing support equipment. Our remote truck driver station is equipped with remote batch start/stop, emergency stop, field programmable remote load size switch using "A-B-C" methodology, and trouble light, in process light, and process complete light signaling. Integrated components include limit switches and a safety circuit.

Typical lead times are 4 to 6 weeks for a mixer, and 8 to 10 weeks for a complete system. All of our products and processes are held to the highest industry standards for quality and functionality, conforming to codes set by AFS, AWS, and EPA among others.
