Now in its fourth generation, the Series I, is the heart of the DustMASTER system. Starting with proven features like its shock absorbing V-band belt drive, we've made it easier to access for service and maintenance and simplified paddle adjustment and replacement. Its unique three-dimensional mixing action can produce a uniform material in only 30 seconds with as little as eight percent water (or other reagent). It is simply the fastest, most economical producer of a high quality stabilized product.
Offering the same benefits as the Series I, the Series II is ideal where space is limited or for installation in existing facilities. Load cells under the mixer allow for flexible placement. Like its counterpart, the Series II is totally enclosed to provide full control of fugitive dust. Seven sizes are available, ranging from twenty to 200 tons per hour.
The standard Weigh Batching System has an isolation gate and fill valve, which connects to the bottom of the storage silo. The valve fills the mixer to a predetermined weight. When the material enters the mixer, water enters at a set amount required. This produces a non-dusting mixture, which is discharged after a predetermined mix time. The entire cycle (charge-mix-discharge) requires approximately 90 seconds, depending upon flow from the silo. Additional product information is provided in our literature below.
