DustMASTER® Enviro Systems is proud to offer the design, manufacture, and retrofitting of pan style batch mixing systems, suitable for abrasive and difficult to mix materials. This equipment has a capability of 20 to 250 tons/hour, based on a material bulk density of 50 lb/ft³, and handles hazardous and non-hazardous dusts. A range of materials is able to be processed including bottom ash, baghouse dust, medical waste, municipal waste, and fly ash among others. Machinery components include load cells, weigh hoppers, warning horns and safety lights.

All products and processes are held to the highest industry standards, and our advanced motors boast IEEE 841 compatibility. Machinery is subjected to a comprehensive testing and inspection for quality and integrity including shop, assembly, and welding inspections as well as leak, run-in, and factory testing. Certificates and inspection sheets are available for review.
