For cost effective and efficient dust and waste disposal, DustMASTER® Enviro Systems provides the only American made planetary style batch mixing system, for use in environmental or industrial applications. A fast homogeneous mix is achieved with capacities from .5 to 4 yd³. The tank features rugged all welded steel construction, with bolted interior wall and floor liners for easy replacement. The 360° rotating mixing cover is bolted to the outside of the mixer drum, and consists of six individual hinged doors with neoprene gaskets. The mixing arms are made of formed steel, with abrasion resistant wear guards. Worker safety is assured with standard motor emergency stop station, "cover down" limit switches, ten second start up with alarm, warning horn, and safety light. The powerful 1800RPM electric motor is totally enclosed in a fan cooled, cast iron framed environment. The v belt drive is one banded belt with multiple grooves, composed of fiber reinforced rubber material. Modular planetary transmission components are static lubricated with heavy duty swing bearing and hardened gears. The steel discharge door swivels horizontally and is air operated; optional hydraulic operation is available. The unit is finished in high-grade machinery enamel paint for corrosion resistance and longevity.

Further options for this customizable equipment include a skip hoist, and automatic washout system. All equipment is thoroughly tested and inspected to ensure quality performance and the upholding of stringent industry standards.
