Biomass Power

Managing fly ash from waste incineration.

FLEXIBLE SYSTEM DESIGN MEETS DIVERSE NEEDS.

As direct combustion continues to be the most common method for converting biomass to energy, the industry faces ongoing requirements for managing fly ash byproduct. DustMASTER offers a range of systems to process fly ash into a low-moisture and dust-free material for safe transportation and land filling.

The DustMASTER system works extremely well with fly ash from waste wood, refuse-derived fuels and FBC boilers. PLC-based controls allow complete system flexibility for adjusting mixing times and water-to-fly ash ratios. Customers can choose from four different styles of mixers, along with material handling equipment, to suit their specific application.

From a complete load-out system to a mixer retrofit, DustMASTER offers a solution for your company. To learn more about how DustMASTER managed fly ash, please see the chart below or contact us directly.
