Mixing and other manufacturing operations often require lifting materials from the factory floor to higher levels. DustMASTER has designed a compact, vertical skip hoist lift with wide applicability.
The DustMASTER Skip Hoist was originally developed to convey batch material components from floor level to the mixer charging hopper. It stands alongside the mixing platform, saving floor space that would otherwise by allocated to a long inclined conveyor. The hoist’s bucket incorporates casters so that it can be detached from the frame and moved to fill stations in other areas of the plant. Capacities from 10-cu.-ft. to 100-cu.-ft. and beyond are available.
The Skip Hoist can replace conventional conveyors that have costly maintenance and require a large footprint to reach the receiving area/device. It can be utilized in many industrial processes and areas.
