Two (2) 20 TPH DustMASTER mixing systems ready for shipment. Their destination is a Waste to Energy (WTE) Plant for conditioning flyash with low moisture. The conditioned material is discharged onto the plants bottom ash conveyors below to combine both materials before it is hauled to a landfill. The photos are of our Model 50 Turbin Mixers fabricated from Type 316 Stainless Steel for corrosion protection. The mixers will be mounted on load cells for correct batching of the materials. Automated for operator free operation through our provided controls. The result of a 30 second mix time will discharge a completely dust-free material similar to a moist soil.
